Capri Verschoor

Originally from Kamloops, Capri moved to Kelowna to pursue her Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree at UBC Okanagan where she graduated with her degree specializing in clinical exercise physiology. Being both a practicing Kinesiologist and a STOTT certified pilates instructor, she brings a foundation of anatomy, posture and rehabilitation to both her classes and private sessions to make them accessible and enjoyable for all. Capri loves the versatility of pilates and strives to make her classes feel comfortable, approachable, challenging and fun for both beginners and seasoned regulars.

Lise Dallien MacMillan

Lise is a Nova Scotia native who has made Kelowna her home. She has been instructing a variety of group fitness classes for the past 30+ years. She has found a peaceful balance that accompanies mindful movement practices that has been beneficial for her own body as well as her participants. Lise is trained in Krapula Yoga and Stott Pilates. Her classes have a unique flow that incorporate her varied experience and education in the fitness and movement industry. Outside of the studio she loves to hike with her dog, Molly as well as road cycling and paddle boarding.

Russell Pennock

Russell completed his Bachelor of Science in Biomechanics at the University of Calgary, where he also ran for the Varsity track and field and cross country teams. Between his studies and training in Calgary, Russell worked at a running shoe store for close to a decade where he developed a deep knowledge of shoes. Using the combination of his academics and running background, Russell is passionate about helping people stay active to continue living life to the fullest. Formerly a high level triathlete, Russell still competes in running races and always has an event on the horizon. You can also find him hiking, cross country skiing, or at the tennis courts!
